Vlasi, “V”, is the owner and psychotherapist of Revival Work, LLC.
Hi, I’m Vlasi. You can call me V. I’m a therapist based in Lakewood, Colorado, and I’m deeply passionate about helping people find greater freedom in their lives. I draw on somatic, psychodynamic, parts-work, and mindfulness-based approaches to assist my clients in processing challenging emotions and uncovering new ways of being. Whether you’re going through a major life change, relationship difficulties, loss of a loved one, want to feel happier, or change your behavior for the better, I’m here to help you as an individual or as a couple.
Come as you are. You are welcome here. The broken-hearted you – the furious you – the depressed, traumatized, confused, anxious, distracted, abused, addicted, and overworked you.

I received my master’s in clinical mental health counseling from Regis University in Denver, graduating with honors. My bachelor’s degree is in computer science.
At this stage of my life, I’ve experienced enough to be able to empathize with what most of my clients are going through. I’ve had to make many of the same hard choices my clients are preparing to make, and I’m grateful for those lessons.
I’m middle aged, married, and have seen a lot of life’s challenges. I’m a meditation teacher and I’ve also been a Realtor as well as a certified massage therapist. Obviously, my passion is helping people. Now I’m here to help you.
For fun, I enjoy paddleboarding, road trips to the Utah desert, and watching The Great British Baking Show. And I’m always searching for the best chocolate chip cookie in the Front Range.

Do you feel frustrated, and alone, and no matter what you try isn’t working in your relationships? Is it difficult to have tough conversations with the important relationships in your life? Do you feel like you have a roommate where your connection centers around the coordination of logistics around children, careers, and aging parents?
It’s possible to navigate conflict and communication differently in relationships while increasing connection. Therapy is a commitment and an investment in your relationship(s). There is hope and change is possible. Learn how to communicate and connect so everyone feels more seen, heard, and understood. I work primarily with relationships and support individuals navigating difficult relationship issues.
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate which means all my training is focused on relationships. I have additional training in Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) which is an evidence-based modality for relational therapy based on attachment theory that involves understanding the role of emotions and resulting behaviors that create repetitive negative interaction cycles in relationships. I also integrate various evidence-based techniques/interventions depending on the relationship’s needs and goals while integrating cultural perspectives and context. I often pull from solution-focused, person-centered, behavioral modalities, narrative theory, attachment theory, relational-cultural theory, and Bowenian theory.
I have an analytical, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to therapy. I guide clients to explore the patterns of emotions and behaviors. I integrate life/communication skills, practical solutions, and evidenced-based techniques to foster relationship change.
I have lived experience as a single, white, cisgender female and as a mom, co-parent, and partner. I identify and have lived experiences as an LGBTQIA+ ally. I love conversations around the impact of culture, race, religion, privilege, and the intersectionality of identities.
I have both clinical and professional experience with marriage/committed relationships, divorce, co-parenting, blended families, high-conflict relationships, grief/loss, career transitions, financial issues, sex/intimacy, and supporting LGBTQIA+ families.

Nicole Bieri is the owner and therapist of Rise Family Therapy, PLLC.
Relationships are the foundation of our lives. Through the quality of our connections with those we care about, we can feel as though we are thriving or they can leave us feeling isolated and alone. Working to strengthen or rebuild connections with others and with ourselves is extremely important to creating a sense of support and acceptance. If our foundation feels secure and safe, we can then allow ourselves to thrive in other areas of our lives. I have special training in relational therapy and how to strengthen these “systems” and the influence they have on our lives.
I believe human beings are very resilient, often more than we give ourselves credit for. We can break down barriers that we thought we could never make it through, and we can achieve things we could barely allow ourselves to dream of doing.
While these things may seem impossible at times, I believe we are capable of much greater things than we may think possible. In sessions, I like to use a more direct approach and have an interactive feedback style. This is often a blend of theory and questions designed to help get us to our goals. I also have special training in trauma and EMDR which can be used for individuals, children, and couples.

Blake is the owner and psychotherapist of Blake Higgins Counseling, LLC.
Hello, I’m Blake. I’m a therapist based in Boulder, Colorado who enjoys helping people find more freedom in their lives. I use somatic, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based modalities to help process challenging emotions and discover new ways of being in the world. My approach to therapy is embodied, trauma-informed, and deeply respectful of the whole person who is sitting in front of me.
I have specialized and ongoing training in the Neuro-Affective Relational Model (NARM), a therapeutic technique that focuses on addressing attachment, relational, and developmental trauma (Complex PTSD). This modality can help us to work on a deeper level to gently explore the root causes of anxiety, depression, stress, addiction, shame, low self-worth, isolation, and relationship difficulties.
NARM holds the view that every person has within them the capacity to connect to their inherent sense of wholeness and aliveness. The only things standing in the way of this connection are outdated survival strategies that no longer serve us. Understanding these strategies and how to let them go can help us foster our connection to our authentic selves and our intrinsic life force.
I look forward to the possibility of undertaking this profound work together.

Theresa Workheiser, MS, LPCC, is the therapist and owner of Neuro Solutions Counseling PLLC.
“Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself” (Rumi). As a trauma survivor on a personal healing journey, I learned how to help others simultaneously. Healing was hard work, but finding the right therapist was a huge piece of the puzzle.
Traditional therapy fails so many trauma survivors. I aim to go beyond talk therapy to find the right modality for each unique client. It is a passion of mine to work with clients who face problems of trauma, stress, and coping with depression, and anxiety such as military veterans, and survivors of abuse. I also enjoy working with couples seeking healing and shared meaning in their relationship.
I hope to provide integrative and holistic counseling that is person-centered, neuropsychotherapy directed and focused on both cognition and behavior. I take a warm and non-judgemental approach to my practice and enjoy working with diverse individuals. I look forward to hearing your story.

Alan Hale, MA, LPC, MFTC
Alan Hale is the owner of Forma Therapy, PLLC.
As a queer BIPOC individual, my passion is working with other individuals, relationships, and family systems of the queer and or BIPOC community. If you grew up in a culture that viewed mental health as taboo, you may be feeling alone and hopeless. Know that you are not alone in your journey. I believe that people and relationships can thrive if given the proper support, nourishment, and environment. We are all given the same tools, but how helpful can it be if we were never taught how to use them? With some direction, non-judgement, and unconditional positive regard I believe people are capable of incredible things.
Our mission at Forma Therapy is to empower individuals, and relationships (whether, traditional, non-traditional, LGBTQIA+, etc.) and family systems to step into their full potential. I utilize emotionally focused, cognitive behavioral, person-centered, Internal family systems, and humor in addressing things such as communication, identity, anxiety/depression, grief, and much more.

Erica Laskin, MSW, LCSW
Erica Laskin is the owner of Blindspot.light PLLC.
Healing and growth are not linear processes. Often, before we can become who we’re meant to be, we first need to unlearn and understand who we’ve been. Erica believes that being an effective counselor, therapist, and coach means developing a personalized and individualized approach for each client. By combining elements of clinical therapy and life coaching, Erica offers her clients a wide variety of modalities, frameworks, skills, and support along their journeys.
Erica acknowledges the amount courage it takes to seek outside support and wants her clients to know that therapy doesn’t have to be a deep-dive into the most vulnerable parts of themselves. Sometimes counseling is simply a space for people to feel safe, complete, and accepted; or a space where someone will listen with empathy and without judgment. Sometimes it’s beneficial to have an outside, subjective, professional sounding board.
Erica specializes in working with trauma, inner-child healing, relationships, intimacy, and communication. She approaches her work through a trauma-informed and anti-racist lens and is an LGBTQ+ affirming and sex-positive therapist. She enjoys working with couples as well as polyamorous and open-relationships.
Erica has been committed to her personal growth and development for over a decade. She has completed Landmark Education’s “Curriculum for Living” as well as a five month coaching program through Desire on Fire. Erica’s personal development work has involved healing the parts of herself that she’s been conditioned to feel shame and guilt around, in order to embody her most authentic and full self. It is her hope and intention that by being transparent around her own journey, her clients feel safe doing the same.
Born in China and raised in Baltimore, MD, Erica was adopted into a multiracial and multicultural family when she was just an infant. This life experience has allowed her to explore the concepts of identity, attachment, relationships, and belonging from a very young age. One of Erica’s greatest strengths is her ability to create spaces where her clients feel safe – safe to feel their feelings, safe to express their emotions, safe to be themselves, and safety within their bodies. Her commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion has allowed her to work with populations all over the country, from Baltimore, Trenton, Princeton, Commerce City, Denver, and Loveland.

Brian Coleman, MA, LPC
Brian is the owner of Leo Rising Counseling Solutions LLC.
My journey as therapist started long before I decided that I wanted to pursue a career in psychology. One thing that I have always had the knack for, Is seeing the potential in people and situations. If you ask any of my current clients, the reason they keep on coming back is because of my uncanny ability to see the beyond the outdated narratives into a whole new realm of possibilities. It brings me great joy to see people grow past their trauma and live to their full potential. As a therapist, the most powerful gift that I have to offer is the ability to see beyond what is and what appears to be, and a passion to turn that new reality into attainable goals.
My actual journey as a therapist started through my own healing. I come from a family that was plagued with abuse and addiction, which resulted in my own experiences with complex trauma. I made it my life’s work to understand the cycle of abuse, intergenerational trauma, the physiological and emotional implications of trauma and to understand what it really means to heal. This path led me to exploring both traditional and somatic approaches. It is my belief that both play an integral part in healing. The traditional (top down) talk therapy approach brings awareness to your conscious experience and allows you the power of understanding and choice, while the somatic (bottom up) approach brings awareness to physical symptoms and sensations; allowing you to make sense of what your body is trying to communicate to you.
One of my core values as a therapist, a proud member of the LGBTQ community and a human is community; specifically, the respect for the rights, differences, and dignity of all beings. I firmly believe that we all have the right to feel safe and calm in our own body and mind. I believe in the healing power of social support. As a therapist, I feel that it is not only my job to walk beside you in your healing journey but to also encourage you and help empower you along the way. No one should have to face it alone when there is help out there from someone who has traveled down that road before. I encourage you to take the first step toward your new life and schedule a consultation today.

Hi, I’m Brooks. Talking about things that you might feel ashamed of or distressed by can be tough, but I believe these experiences deserve to be understood with deep compassion and that facing them head-on is the way forward.

If you identify with any of these struggles, please know that you are not alone and that you can find your way to greater well-being.
Imagine feeling less burdened by distressing intrusive thoughts and compulsions, going through your day with a sense of serenity and a clear conscience, or feeling more secure and authentic in your masculinity. Feeling better can sometimes seem impossible, but I believe that no matter where you have been, you can change where you are going.

Frank Tenorio, MSW, LCSW
Frank is the owner of Embodied Vitality LLC.
I believe we all have something unique to offer the world and adversity alone should not stop us from pursuing our fullest potential.
When we’re stuck in defense patterns, compassion and creativity go offline. Left unexamined, this can become our normal way of being. Which can kinda work… until it doesn’t. And when the wheels fall off, we’re often faced with another moment of crisis.
Having a trusted and skilled therapist can support your mind and body’s ability to rebound from a traumatic experience and create a new way forward.
In my work with clients, I offer my unique skill set in service to the unique challenges facing each individual I sit in session with. I apply therapeutic interventions from my training and experience in somatic therapy, parts work, and ecopsychology to facilitate neuro-emotional regulation, integration of past experiences, and the rediscovery of choicefulness.
Outside of therapy, I spend most of my time playing music, practicing yoga, and spending time outdoors near my home in Durango, Colorado.
We can work together to develop the tools you need to bring the transformation you dream of. Healing takes time, and can be catalyzed by developing connections with the right people at the right time. Let’s find out if we’re a good fit for each other.

You know there are parts of your life that aren’t working. Maybe you’ve tried to fix them. You’ve also tried to ignore, tolerate, and cope with them. But it’s been painful and lonely and you’re discouraged and frustrated enough to do something different. Maybe you’re not sure whether therapy can help in any significant or lasting way. Are you open to the possibility that real change and a life with more ease, wholeness, and connection might be closer than you think? I’d love for us to explore together how you might get there. I’ll learn what matters the most to you and we can look at what’s getting in the way of you having the life you want. Stressful experiences from your past are probably impacting the way you feel and see the world. As part of our work together, we can restore a sense of safety to your nervous system so you can feel more connected to yourself and others. I practice person-centered therapy, which means that I aim to create a therapeutic environment of empathy, acceptance, and authenticity. During sessions, I give suggestions about techniques to try and skills to practice, but I believe my clients are the experts on their lives and what works best for them. My goal is to empower my clients to determine how they want to move forward rather than telling them what to do.
I strive not to judge my clients for their actions; instead, I help them uncover the underlying thoughts and motivations behind their behaviors. Because I have been trained as a social worker, I acknowledge and address the system that surrounds my clients and contributes to their struggles; this includes home, school, work, and social settings in addition to class, race, gender, sexuality, and ability.
If you need someone to listen from a place of understanding rather than judgment, come talk to me. Together, we will untangle your struggles and chart your unique path to peace and happiness. Expect a fresh perspective, a lot of validation, and a gentle push when you need it.

Tim Flemming, MA, LPCC, ADDC
Tim is the owner of Purposeful Directions, LLC.
Before starting his own private practice, Tim provided mental health and addiction counseling to individuals and groups. Most of his time was spent serving forensic clients, who were state-mandated to inpatient rehabilitation for a history of felony convictions and serious drug use. Many of them had dual diagnoses, meaning they had mental health issues coinciding with their substance use disorders (which is often the case). Tim relied heavily on various counseling theories including Existential Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy. He became trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) to help treat specific trauma (PTSD) and complex/developmental trauma.
The trauma work is probably the most personally rewarding aspect of Tim’s job. Effective treatment can be like cleaning out an old, dusty attic teeming with cobwebs. He has seen clients drastically improve in a very short amount of time: becoming brighter, lighter, fuller versions of themselves over the course of just a few sessions. In addition to trauma, Tim is proud of his ability to work with most presenting problems. He understands his clients as doing the best they know how. And that no matter what they’ve been through or what they think of themselves today, greater self-acceptance and change are possible.
Tim has an office in the Capitol Hill neighborhood, southeast of Downtown Denver. All are welcome, and he looks forward to helping you become the best You, you can be.

Molly Rust (she/her/hers), MA, LPCC, is a therapist and the owner of Annapurna Counseling Services, PLLC.

I received my Master’s in Global Trauma and International Disaster Psychology from the University of Denver in June of 2023. I am passionate about working with individuals through existential and humanistic lenses and a narrative framework. I view therapy as being a partnership between therapist and client. Alisha Hendrix, MA, LPC
Alisha Hendrix is the owner of Integrated Lotus Counseling LLC.
A therapeutic relationship is truly one of a kind. I strive to create a collaborative environment where my clients can explore their internal world with grace. I am not the expert on the lives of my clients nor do I expect them to have all the answers regarding why they do the things they do, what function certain behaviors serve, or identify what an emotional consequence resulted from any number of situations. I strive to promote self-care, self-compassion, and a sense of curiosity.
I am a trauma therapist and have adopted a rather broad definition of trauma. Trauma is any situation or instance that impacts an individual’s ability to cope. I work with adolescents and adults by assessing factors such as family dynamics, attachment style, and early childhood trauma to help clients understand where their maladaptive thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviors potentially stem from in order to replace those with more positive skills.
Trauma work is not simple and easy. It takes courage to explore yourself at this depth. Because of the complexity of trauma work I believe in first establishing a healthy therapeutic relationship where clients feel that they have someone to journey with them through those darker parts of their life. I will incorporate work around emotional awareness and the nervous system, we’ll examine boundaries, coping, and creating connections between the past and your present life to figure out what works for you and the way you want to exist.

Kevin Spath, MA, LPCC
“We are healed of a suffering only by experiencing it to the full.” – Marcel Proust
Welcome, my name is Kevin. I am a licensed professional counselor candidate (LPCC) and owner of Ready to Heal, LLC. I work with adolescents, individual adults, and couples. I feel honored, privileged, and grateful for the opportunity to serve you.
I am a trauma therapist at my core and believe that trauma underlies most of our problems today. Trauma is characterized by physical, mental, and/or emotional wounds. It can be a single event or recurring experience. It can occur in childhood/adolescence, such as physical, sexual, and emotional abuse or neglect, or adulthood, such as domestic or intimate partner violence, infidelity, sexual assault, or grief from loss. It is easier to identify when it is physical. Sometimes, it is difficult to “see” or know when it is invisible. Whether seen or unseen, it is incredibly difficult to deal with and we can get caught up in comparing our trauma to that of others, which leads us to minimize, dismiss, suppress, and/or ignore these wounds. It can manifest as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, personality disorders, addiction, identity challenges, and relationships issues, among many others.
In our work together, we will treat your symptoms for some immediate relief and improved functioning, but, when you are ready and it is appropriate, we will dive into deeper work to eliminate symptoms by targeting the root causes of your suffering. I take a person-centered approach where the therapeutic alliance (i.e., our relationship) is fundamental. A great fit feeds healing; a poor fit feeds suffering. I will cultivate a place where you feel unconditionally accepted without judgment, genuinely heard and seen, understood in your struggles, safe and trusting in the relationship, and supported in addressing your needs. You are the expert on you, so we will work collaboratively on your path to healing and remove the obstacles to you being your authentic self and shining your light.
There are many tools to support you on your healing journey. We will work together to find the tools that work best for you. I will incorporate the mind and body in your treatment because healing requires a holistic, comprehensive approach. I have training in several trauma modalities, including eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), and somatic techniques, including felt sense, breathwork, mindfulness, and yoga, among others. I also utilize interventions from an array of other methods, including, but not limited to, motivational interviewing, reality therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, emotionally focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, Gestalt therapy, and the Gottman Method. Healing is not linear and looks different for everyone, so we will go at your pace and adjust as needed. This work is difficult, but it is worth it.
Through self-awareness, insight, strengths, and skill development, you will be able to manage life differently, secure stability, heal deep mental and emotional wounds, gain closure and resolve the past, restore balance, live in alignment with your values, find your purpose, connect deeply with yourself and others, and integrate in the present. We all have the innate capacity to change and live out our potential. Wholeness is available. It is already inside you! Are you ready to embark on your healing journey and set off to the other shore? Let’s connect and see if this is a great fit for you. And then just follow your heart.

Bev Johnson, MS, LPCC, NCC, CPT
Bev Johnson, is the owner and psychotherapist of Bev Johnson, MS LPCC NCC, PLLC.
Sometimes talk is not enough. Our bodies hold our lifetime of experiences and are living archives about us. There are ways to access this embodied awareness that bypass the clutter and distraction of our minds and offer more direct and useful insight into our problems. Once connected to this deeper part of us, we may find we feel more grounded in the clarity of our self-awareness, find value in our uniqueness, and enjoy confidence in our ability to offer ourselves the validation we’ve been seeking from others. The choices we are able to make toward change are thereby enhanced.
Embodied awareness requires skilled guidance, beginning with establishing a sense of safety – unique to each of us – as well as recognizing the edges that boundary our safety and enable us to know when we are safe. By exploring our edges through curious and candid observation of present moment thoughts, emotions and sensations, we invite discovery of our patterns in those experiences. Whether tensing, holding, resisting, avoiding, letting go, receiving, or enjoying, each pattern may reveal parallels in the ways we respond to edges in everyday life. Being grounded in this deeper self-awareness establishes our inner compass for navigating toward relevant and sustainable change in our lives.
I am a master’s level clinical mental health counselor (MS), a Colorado licensed professional counselor candidate (LPCC), a nationally certified counselor (NCC), and a certified trauma professional (CTP). I also practice as an IAYT-certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) with twelve years of deeply immersed experience studying, guiding, teaching, and mentoring the subtle skills of embodied awareness and of observing its value in therapy. Embodied self-awareness both clarifies the problems we present in psychotherapy and evolves our inherent skills to address them.

Bailey Parton, BS, MSW, LSW
I’m Bailey, owner of Rooted Connections, LLC. I believe in the transformative power of emotions and the importance of understanding. My approach centers on the idea that each person is the expert of their own life, and I’m here to guide and support their discovery process.
Emotions are valuable messengers, offering insight into our needs and desires. Rather than suppressing them, I encourage exploration and acceptance. Vulnerability is key to growth, and I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space for that. Through empathy, curiosity, and active listening, I help clients uncover and understand their stories.
Together, we can identify what isn’t working, take steps toward positive change, and explore your inner world without shame or blame—because all parts of you are welcome.
I specialize in Queer/LGBTQ experiences, trauma, relationships, major life changes, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and grief. My person-centered, strengths-based approach draws from CBT, DBT, IFS, and somatics. As a HAES provider, I acknowledge the profound impact of systemic oppression, especially for marginalized and neurodivergent individuals.

Rebecca Thompson, MA, M.Ed, LPCC
Rebecca is the owner and psychotherapist of Haven Integrative Therapy, PLLC.
Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.
Having a compassionate, confidential space to explore your life can be transformative. Together, we’ll unpack the experiences that shape you, uncovering patterns and cultivating awareness that brings clarity, balance, and purpose. Many come to therapy seeking relief from anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, or simply feeling “stuck.” These difficult experiences can disrupt our sense of self and connections to others, often in ways that are hard to express. Therapy offers a space to bridge that gap, where I listen and provide tools tailored to your needs.
I work with individuals and couples, drawing insight from my professional training, years of marriage and motherhood, a fulfilling career in education, and my own journey as a therapy client. I integrate mindfulness, parts work, and self-reclamation techniques to help you navigate your unique path with empathy and respect. My style is collaborative, adaptable, and creative—thought-provoking yet warm, playful, and compassionate—focused on relationships, especially the one you have with yourself.
I believe in the healing power of a safe and supportive relationship. Therapy helps you cultivate a steady connection with yourself, easing anxiety and fostering meaningful connections with others. With curiosity and courage, we can reclaim your joy and well-being. Let’s explore how therapy can empower you to create a life that aligns with who you truly are.

Sara Curcio, MA, LPCC
Hello, I’m Sara, the owner and therapist of Woodsong Therapy Services.
I work with young adults and adults on their journeys towards self-understanding, nervous system regulation, self compassion, and personal growth and expansion. I am particularly called to work with those courageously braving the depths of grief and trauma.
I utilize creative modalities such as storytelling, somatic work, dreamwork, grief work, and parts work (Internal Family Systems). My approach aims to enhance self-understanding and foster self-acceptance. Together we can explore and uncover internal conflicts and fears that may be keeping you from fully embracing your truest self. As we engage in this transformative process, you can cultivate the inner harmony necessary for wholeness. It is my belief that when we do this work, we begin to remember who we truly are.
I currently hold a Master’s degree in the art of counseling, an undergraduate in Music Therapy, and have completed various trainings in experiential modalities such as dreamwork, grief work, nature-based therapy and somatic work. Many of my clients appreciate my niche in inner-child healing work, attachment, nervous system regulation, and human growth and development.

My lived experiences with invisible disabilities and professional experience as a psychosocial rehabilitation therapist deeply influence my therapeutic approach, allowing me to understand the complexities of mental health from both a personal and professional perspective.
I focus on empowering individuals from the LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse communities. I believe in healing through connection, self-compassion, and creativity.

Creinthea Chritz, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, M.ED
Creinthea is the owner of Coherent Care: Women’s and Maternal Wellness, LLC.
Hey! I have two facts you should know:
- You deserve to know all of your options for medications (even if it means not taking a medication)
- I am here to provide you with honest, knowledgeable, empathetic feedback to get you the most out of your experience with navigating the world of medication management
My nickname is “Cre”! I have experience in hospital-centered, classroom-centered, and private-practice care as a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. I built my private practice on the premise that women and children deserve the best care in all stages of childhood, adolescence, womanhood, and motherhood. I’ve watched as patients fall into the cracks of follow-ups with no improvements, and endless visits and diagnoses.
I explore mental health treatment options that also offer alternatives and supplements (such as female enhancement for intimacy, as well as vitamin injections). When working with teens and kids, I employ my skills from being a teacher towards building a connection…getting to the root cause of psychiatric concerns.
Let’s get you closer to an empowered sense of peace, an elevated sense of self, and an enjoyment of self-care.
The ability to connect with your therapist can be the difference between progress and stagnation.
