Higher Sights providers are independent contractors and Higher Sights is in no way affiliated with their care and services. Higher Sights provides administrative support (billing insurance claims for providers). For any concerns, questions about services, client records, etc. please speak to your provider.

If you would like to share feedback to Higher Sights about any business that Higher Sights contracts with, dissatisfaction about services provided are accepted verbally or in writing.
We welcome and invite direct feedback from clients or potential clients so we can address any concerns personally and protect confidentiality.

Please email our Administrative Director of Higher Sights Counseling, Caitlyn Wright, with concerns. Please include your name, date of birth if you are a client, phone number and email, time, date, location of event, witnesses names, account of event, and proposed solution. The Director of of Client Services will reach out within 15 business days if submitted electronically, or within 30 days if submitted via mail.
