Medicaid
Medicaid in Colorado is split into 7 regions/4 branches. We accept all Medicaid branches which are: Health First Colorado, Colorado Access/“Denver Health Choice,” Colorado Community Health Alliance.
Aetna
We accept Aetna plans and Aetna branches, such as Meritan Health, and GEHA.
Medicaid
Medicaid in Colorado is split into 7 regions/4 branches. We accept all Medicaid branches which are: Health First Colorado, Colorado Access/“Denver Health Choice,” Colorado Community Health Alliance (CCHA), Health Partners Inc., and Northeast Health Partners, and Rocky Mountain Health Plans (RMHP). We also take CHIP/CHP+ plans. We will be happy to look up which region/branch you are a part of.
Cigna/Evernorth
Cigna recently changed their behavioral health branch to “Evernorth.” We accept Cigna and Cigna Medicare/Healthspring Advantage plans.
Aetna
We accept Aetna plans and Aetna branches, such as Meritan Health, and GEHA.
First Health & Denver Health Medical Plans
We accept First Health Network plans. We also accept Denver Health Medical plans through First Health.
Humana
Licensed providers can accept the Humana Commercial plan.
Kaiser Permanente
We accept most all Kaiser HMO insurance plans.
Multiplan/PHCS
Our practice can accept most Multiplan/ Private Healthcare Systems Inc. plans.
Medicare
We accept government Medicare plans from all states.
Carelon/Beacon Health Options
We accept Carelon Behavioral Health (previously known as ‘Beacon’) Commercial plans.
Rocky Mountain Health Plans
We accept Rocky Mountain Commercial Insurance plans, including the ‘Doctors’ plan.
MINES and Associates
We take MINES and Associates plans (however we do not accept EAP plans).
Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
We accept both HMO and PPO Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield plans in Colorado, and PPO in other states. We also accept Federal BCBS plans.
SelectHealth
We accept both SelectHealth commercial and SelectHealth Medicare Advantage plans.
Optum/United
We accept United/Optum/All Savers/Oxford/Osar/Student Resources commercial plans, and United Medicare Advantage.
Higher Sights Counseling can accept out-of-network (OON) benefits.
If there is a provider you would like to see we will provide you with Superbills upon request to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement of a portion of the session fee.
It is the client’s responsibility to know their insurance plan benefits, and if their provider is in-network with their insurance plan. Any service not covered by insurance will be the client’s responsibility to cover.
