I'm Grae, a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate and owner of Roda Wellness, LLC.

In 2018, I graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a degree neuroscience. Following my graduation, continued my education at Bellevue University, having received my master's degree in clinical mental health counseling earlier this year, with internships completed in both private and correctional settings. I have experience working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds with ADHD, Autism, couple's counseling, adjustment disorders, group counseling, and more.

Creating a nurturing and inclusive space where trust can thrive is crucial for navigating life's challenges and fostering personal growth across diverse backgrounds. My goal is to establish a welcoming environment characterized by genuine compassion, empathy, cultural sensitivity, and profound respect for diversity, ensuring that everyone feels seen and valued. Another goal is to help others heal and overcome life stressors so they can build a healthy perception of themselves and strengthen their relationships with others and to build emotional awareness for heightened regulation and increased mental wellbeing.

Life's ups and downs can profoundly shape our sense of self and our interactions with others, often leading to complex emotions. Drawing from therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness, I walk alongside my clients, offering unwavering support as we explore emotions, process experiences, and cultivate effective coping strategies, always mindful of cultural nuances and individual differences.

My commitment extends to assisting individuals of all ages and backgrounds, couples, and families, who may struggle with anxiety, trauma, depression, emotional turbulence, or neurodiversity. Wherever you are on your journey, know that I am here, ready to extend a compassionate hand and provide support.
