"The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall." - Nelson Mandela

Hello, I'm Bri, a Licensed Addiction Counselor and the owner of Learn to Breathe, LLC. I am deeply committed to supporting both adolescents and adults on their journey toward healing and well-being. My expertise lies in the treatment of co-occurring disorders, where one struggles with both mental health and substance use simultaneously. With over seven years of experience, my approach is centered on understanding the delicate balance between mental health and substance use, guiding my clients towards a path of resilience and recovery.

I hold a master's degree in Addiction Counseling from Colorado State University, with comprehensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). This diverse educational background allows me to offer a wide range of tailored therapeutic interventions, designed to meet the unique needs of each client.

I firmly believe in treating the whole person, acknowledging the complex relationship between mental health challenges and substance use. By working together, we will develop a holistic treatment plan that not only addresses your immediate concerns but also empowers you to discover and reinforce your inner strength. Our journey will involve uncovering the root causes of your struggles, developing robust coping mechanisms, healing from past trauma, and striving towards a more balanced and fulfilling existence.

As a native Coloradan, I have a deep-seated passion for serving our community. In my personal time, I love walking my dogs, embracing the tranquility of nature, practicing yoga, and indulging in my love for reading and writing.
